Next year we usher in a new year of dynamics and team building in our student leadership. Students leaders will focus first on being leaders for our company by being people that can be relied on, an ever present face, and an example of a dedicated member of the theatre company. We will be shifting away from officer chaired committees related only to the position you are elected, but we will be shifting to more of a panel of leadership for our committee events opening up the door more for collaboration and shared ownership of all aspects of the company. Because at Studio VII we are not defined by which committee does what the best, but what we as a team do together.
